Method
Scale, gut and clean fish
Cut into pieces on the bone.
Grind together all the ingredients and smear it on the fish. Keep aside for 2 hours.
Heat ghee and deep fry fish till almost done and remove.
Just before serving, fry fish the second time and serve immediately.

500gm - fish
100g - onions
5gm - ginger
1 tsp - ginger
1 tsp - cumin
4 cloves - garlic

Salt to taste

1/2 tsp - garam masala powder
30g - ghee
