Method
- In a wok, heat oil, add cumin and allow to splutter
- Add ginger and fry for some time.
- Add chopped methi/fenugreek leaves and fry till oil separates.
- Add chicken and fry until water evaporates
- Add chilli powder, turmeric and salt.
- Cook the entire mixture for 10-15 minutes.
- Add water to make gravy and cook until done.
Note: Water should be added only if a gravy is required; else it can be a dry dish which tastes equally good
