Egg Tava Curry

Method
  1. Chop onions, green chillies and tomatoes and fry all of them in oil on a hot tawa.
  2. Add all other ingredients mentioned above.
  3. Mash them with a masher till the mixture becomes smooth.
  4. Break the eggs and pour into the mixture, stir and cover with a lid.
  5. Cook for 2 minutes on sim.
  6. Move to a bowl and serve hot with chappathis.

Tip: This dish is easy to cook and serve with chappathis, make it as soon as the chappatis are done on the still hot tava.

4 - eggs
2 - tomatoes
2 - onions
3 - green chillies
2 tbsp - oil
A pinch of turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp - ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
1/2 tsp - garam masala powder
