Egg based Suji Pakoras

Method
  1. Pour the egg into a bowl and beat with a spoon.
  2. Add suji and mix well to make a smooth paste (to a level so that you can take the paste to put into oil as in pakoras).
  3. Add the chopped onions and chilli and mix.
  4. Keep aside for 5 mins.
  5. Warm oil in a deep-based kadai.
  6. Take out equal amount of the mix in the shape of pakoras and put into warm oil slowly.
  7. Deep fry 5-6 pakoras at a time, until it turns brown.
  8. Take out in a serving plate and serve hot with fresh-green chutney or sauce.
  9. Best served at tea-time.
Ingredients:
1 - egg
1 cup - suji/rawa
Salt to taste
1/2 - onion, finely chopped
Green chilli, chopped
Oil (required for deep frying)
Salt to taste
Chaat masala
