Method
- Pour the egg into a bowl and beat with a spoon.
- Add suji and mix well to make a smooth paste (to a level so that you can take the paste to put into oil as in pakoras).
- Add the chopped onions and chilli and mix.
- Keep aside for 5 mins.
- Warm oil in a deep-based kadai.
- Take out equal amount of the mix in the shape of pakoras and put into warm oil slowly.
- Deep fry 5-6 pakoras at a time, until it turns brown.
- Take out in a serving plate and serve hot with fresh-green chutney or sauce.
- Best served at tea-time.

1 cup - suji/rawa

1/2 - onion, finely chopped
Green chilli, chopped
Oil (required for deep frying)
