Method
  1. Mix curd, ginger paste, 2 tsp garlic paste, chilli paste and chicken.
  2. Marinate for 1 hour.
  3. In a kadai add 4 tbsp oil, add methi seeds and let them splutter.
  4. Add remaining garlic paste and fry till brown.
  5. Add marinated chicken with curd.
  6. Cook till chicken becomes tender.
  7. Add salt and sugar. Ready to serve!

500g - curd
3 tsp - garlic paste
1 tsp - ginger paste
1 tsp - green chilli paste
1 tsp - methi seeds
salt to taste
sugar to taste
