  1. Heat oil and fry onion till brown.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder, salt, tomato paste and curry leaves.
  3. Add beaten egg, cinnamon powder and red chilli powder.
  4. Keep stirring on a slow flame till bhaji is cooked.
  5. Serve hot with bread.

1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
