  1. Stir in a tsp of hot water in the mustard powder (if using powder) and set aside.
  2. Boil the kheema and ensure that you have atleast a cup of stock remaining in the boiled kheema.
  3. Beat the curds and add the mustard with salt and sugar to taste.
  4. Place one dosa on a plate. Spread a layer of kheema.
  5. Cover with some of the curds.
  6. Spoon some kheema stock over this to moisten the dosa.
  7. Cover with the second dosa and layer once again with remaining kheema, curds and soup.
  8. Cover with the third dosa.
  9. On this layer add the curds and spoon the rest of the soup on it.
  10. Arrange the vegetables on the top and refrigerate.
  11. Remove it from the fridge a few minutes before serving � enjoy!
3 - sada dosas (ready-made or made from a ready-mix)
� kg - kheema (mutton mince)
1 cup - curds
2 carrot, grated
1 - cucumber, grated
10 to 12 - french beans cut and boiled
1 tsp - mustard powder
a pinch of sugar
salt to taste
