1 tbsp - ginger & garlic paste
1 tsp - jeera
2 tbsp - oil
1 tsp - long strips of ginger
1/2 tsp - garam masala
10 to 12 - green chillies
3 - dried red chillies
some chopped green coriander leaves
salt to taste
