Method
  1. Boil the potatoes and dice them.
  2. Chop the onions, garlic, ginger, coriander and the tomatoes.
  3. Heat oil and saute the cumin seeds until they crackle.
  4. Add the onion, garlic and ginger and saute until golden.
  5. Stir in the chopped ginger and add the potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle turmeric and chilli powder and stir.
  7. Add the tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
200 gm - potatoes
50 ml - oil
250 gm - onions
10 gm - cumin seeds
20 gm - ginger
30 gm - garlic
10 gm - turmeric
20 gm - red chilli powder
100 gm - tomatoes
50 gm - garam masla
20 - coriander powder
10 gm - coriander leaves
salt to taste
