Method
  1. First prepare the dosa with the help of the dosa mix.
  2. Keep it aside after brushing the surface of the dosa with little bit of oil/ghee.
  3. Then start frying the chicken till golden brown.
  4. After some stirring, put a pinch of ginger powder, chat masala (if wanted) and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Finally, put the sauce and stir it for some time and spread it over the dosa.
  6. Roll the dosa and serve hot.

2-3 tsp tomato sauce
Ginger powder
Chaat masala (if required)
Salt and pepper to taste
