Method
- First prepare the dosa with the help of the dosa mix.
- Keep it aside after brushing the surface of the dosa with little bit of oil/ghee.
- Then start frying the chicken till golden brown.
- After some stirring, put a pinch of ginger powder, chat masala (if wanted) and salt and pepper to taste.
- Finally, put the sauce and stir it for some time and spread it over the dosa.
- Roll the dosa and serve hot.
