Method
Clean & cut pork.
Roast dhania & chillies separately. A
dd haldi powder.
Grind with garlic & ginger.
Chop onion.
Slice coconut into pieces.
Mix coconut, pork, curry leaves, half of the chopped onions and ground masala.
Add 1 cup of water.
Keep on fire.
Bring to a boil.
Lower flame and cook till pork is tender and dry.
Remove. Heat oil add remaining onion and curry leaves.
Add pork and fry for 5mts. Remove.
Serve hot.
