Chicken curls

Method
  1. Prepare a marinade of soya sauce, barbeque sauce, ginger-garlic paste, honey, salt and pepper and marinate the chicken strips for 30 mins.
  2. Roll up the chicken strips like swiss rolls and secure them with toothpicks to retain the shape.
  3. Add 1 tbsp. of oil to a heated pan and place the chicken curls in the pan.
  4. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 mins on a medium flame.
  5. Turn over the chicken curls, cover with a lid and cook for further 5 mins. on medium flame.
  6. Remove the chicken curls and place on a plate.
  7. Glaze with the sauce remaining in the pan.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Ingredients:
250 gms chicken strips, 1-inch wide
1/2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp bottled barbeque sauce
1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tbsp honey
Salt and pepper to taste
