Hot, spicy palak mutton curry

Method
  1. Firstly wash palak nicely and keep it aside.
  2. Then take a cooker, heat oil in it add onions, pudina, green chillies and fry for 2 min.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, fry for a minute.
  4. Then add mutton and fry for 5 min.
  5. Add all masalas, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, fennel powder and salt according to taste, mix well let all the flovours combine nicely for 5 min.
  6. Add 1 glass of water and cook till mutton is cooked well in a pressure cooker.
  7. Once mutton is cooked, add palak and potatoes and mix.
  8. Cook up to 1 whistle in a preesure cooker.
  9. Open the lid and add chopped coriander and serve with plain rice or hot chapatti.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg - mutton with bones
3 bunches - palak, chopped
1 bunch - mint, chopped
5 - green chillies
2 sliced - onions
1 tbsp - ginger and garlic paste, freshly ground
1 tbsp - red chilli powder
1 tsp - coriander powder
1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
1 cut in 4 parts - potato
1 bunch - coriander, chopped
1/2 tsp - fennel powder
3 tbsp - oil
