Method
Wash chicken and cut into pieces.
Grind ginger.
Heat ghee season with with tej, cardamom and asafoetida.
Add chicken ground ginger, curds, salt and cover and simmer for 10 mts.
Add chilly, cumin and coriander powder. Cover and cook chicken.
The ingredients would stick at the bottom; stir every few minutes.
Cook till all water evaporates and ghee oozes out.
Sprinkle garam masala.
Steam potatoes and cut into two and fry. Add chicken.
Blanch almonds slice and fry and sprinkle on chicken.
Pour 1 cup hot water. Bring to a boil.
