Method

Heat oil and saute the veggies (cabbage, beans and carrot) and set aside by mixing a little salt and pepper to it.
- Scramble the eggs and add with the veggies, cooked chicken and the capsicum and give it a good mix.
- Now cook the rice, mix the rice and veggies well adding enough soya sauce.
- Serve with butter chicken or saucy chicken.

500g - chicken (cooked and shredded)
3 cups - basmati rice (cooked)
carrot, cabbage, beans, julienned
2 - eggs
1 - capsicum
1 tsp - white pepper powder
2-3 - garlic (chopped)
1 - onion (thinly sliced)
Soya sauce, as needed
