Method
- Heat oil and saute onion.
- Add ginger garlic and then the eggs and scramble it.
- Add in the veggies and cook.
- Finally add the cooked rice and pepper powder and mix well.
- Serve hot.

Ingredients:
3 - eggs (beaten with enough pepper powder and salt)
1 - onion, finely chopped
1 tsp each - ginger and garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup each - carrot, beans, capsicum, finely chopped
Oil to saute
3 cups - basmati rice, cooked
1 tsp - pepper powder
