Method
- Marinate the chicken pieces with crushed chillies, garlic paste, vinegar and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the onions; once brown, remove from oil and keep aside.
- In the same oil drop the curry leaves, and the marinated chicken pieces and saute.
- Add a little water and cook the chicken pieces on a low flame.
- Grind the roasted onions and add along with tomato paste and a little water to the chicken and let it boil.
- When the oil separates, add the slit green chillies.
- Remove from heat and garnish with coriander leaves.
