Method
  1. Boil ingredients 1 to 10 in a cooker with 2 cups water for about 15-20 mins
  2. Make half cooked ghee rice.
  3. Mix the curry and rice together and also add garam masala, coriander & mint leaves and lemon juice and cook on a low flame.
  4. Serve when cooled

  1. 3/4 kg - beef
  2. 3 - onions
  3. 3 - tomatoes (medium)
  4. 5-6 - green chillies
  5. 2 tsp - garlic paste
  6. 2 tsp - red chilly powder
  7. 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  8. 2 tbsp - coriander powder
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 2 cups - water

3 - lemons 1/2 cup each - coriander & mint leaves
3 cups - biriyani rice (jeerakasala)
3 tbsp - ghee
3&1/2 cups - water
1/2 tsp - garam masala
