Method
- Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces, clean, and add salt and the curry powder/s and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil, fry the sliced onion, cloves and cinnamon stick.
- When onion turns golden, add the chicken, curry leaves and saute for a couple of minutes.
- Then add yogurt, tomato and stir a few turns and add 2 cups of water and lemon juice.
- Cook till chicken is tender, add salt to taste, garnish with coriander leaves.
