Chicken gravy

Method
  1. In a bowl, add green chillies, soya sauce and vinegar and keep aside for about 20 minutes.
  2. In a kadai, heat oil and fry onions.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom and fry for about a minute.
  4. Add garam masala, turmeric powder.
  5. After some time, add chicken pieces and fry for a few minutes.
  6. Now add the bowl items (the soya sauce, chilli and vinegar mix)
  7. Mix well and add salt.
  8. Let the chicken cook and serve hot.
Ingredients:
1 kg - chicken, cut into small pieces
6 - green chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
3 - onion, big finely chopped
2 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
4 tbsp - soya sauce
2 tbsp - vinegar
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1 tsp - garam masala powder
3 - cloves
3 - cardamom
1 stick - cinnamon
Salt as per taste
4 tbsp - oil
