Method
- Clean, cut and wash the fish and sprinkle a pinch of salt.
- Grind the masala then heat oil in a vessel and
lightly fry the fish turning the pieces.
- Add chopped garlic, 1 cut tomato, vinegar and cover for about 2 minutes.
- Then add the ground masala, add half a cup of water and bring it to a boil.
- Add sugar and salt to taste.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
