Method
  1. Make a paste of vinegar, ginger, garlic, salt, coriander, cumin, cayenne pepper & oil in a blender.
  2. Marinate the fish pieces in the paste for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Turn the oven to broil at the highest point.
  4. Place fish pieces on a baking tray & broil for 10 minutes.
  5. Turn over on the other side & broil for about 7 minutes again.
Ingredients:
white fish fillets - 1 kg (cut into pieces)
vinegar - 1/3 cup
ginger(chopped) - 1 tbsp
garlic pods - 4 nos
coriander seeds(ground) - 1 tbsp
cumin seeds(jeerakam) (ground) - 1 tbsp
cayenne pepper(ground) - 1 tbsp
oil - 1/2 cup
salt - as reqd
