Method
Mix two spoons of oil and and salt (to taste) with all purpose flour and then add water and make a good dough.
Make small roll like puri.
Heat a fry pan in medium heat with oil for frying.
When oil is hot fry the rolls (luchis).
Serve the luchis with curry or bhaja.
