Method
  1. Mix two spoons of oil and and salt (to taste) with wheat flour and then add water and make a good dough.
  2. Make small roll.
  3. Heat a fry pan in medium heat with oil for frying.
  4. When oil is hot fry the rolls.
  5. Serve the puris with curry or bhaja.

1 lb - wheat flour
oil for frying
salt to taste
