  1. Clean chicken and cut into 8-10 large pieces. Lightly prick with a fork.
  2. Add vinegar, sauce, water, flour and salt to the finely ground spices.Mix well.
  3. Coat the chicken with this mixture. Leave in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
  4. Beat eggs.Dip the farchas (chicken pieces) in it and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve hot.
1 medium chicken
1 dessert spoon worcester sauce
1 dessert spoon vinegar
1 tbsp water
1 1/2 - 2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp flour
3 eggs
oil for deep frying
Spices to be ground fine
5-6 cloves of garlic
2 cm cube ginger
1 tsp jeera
3 green chillies
1 cm cninnamon
3 cloves
