Method
  1. Marinate leg with ginger garlic paste, jeera powder, haldi and curds overnight in refrigerator.
  2. Roast in oven at 200 c.
  3. Keeping turning the leg till done.
Ingredients:
1 Kg - leg of mutton
2 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
1 tsp - jeera powder
1/2 tsp - haldi powder
1 cup - curds
