Method
Make small-sized idlys which is also called as mini idlis.
Deep-fry it till golden brown.
Arrange few idlys on a plate.
Sprinkle chopped onions and grated carrots.
Spread a tablespoon of curd, pinch of chaat masala, chilly powder, pinch of salt and coriander leaves over this.
Garnish with sev and serve hot.
