Method
  1. Make small-sized idlys which is also called as mini idlis.
  2. Deep-fry it till golden brown.
  3. Arrange few idlys on a plate.
  4. Sprinkle chopped onions and grated carrots.
  5. Spread a tablespoon of curd, pinch of chaat masala, chilly powder, pinch of salt and coriander leaves over this.
  6. Garnish with sev and serve hot.
Ingredients:
idly batter - 4 cups
onion - 2 nos
curd - ½ cup
carrot - 2 nos
chaat masala - 1 tsp
cumin seeds - 1 tsp
chilly powder - 1 tsp
coriander leaves - ½ cup
oil for deep fry
salt to taste
