Method
- Grate the paneer.
- Chop finely the onions, coriander, chilly and tomato.
- Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan.
- Add the green chilies and onion and fry for just two minutes.
- Add the tomato pieces and salt to taste.
- Saute for a minute.
- Add the grated paneer to it and switch off the flame.
- Gently stir the masala and add the coriander leaves.
- Now keep the tawa on the stove and grease it with oil.
- Now in a simmer flame make a thin dosa and pour some oil on the sides.
- Take a scoop of the cooked masala and place it on the dosa.
- When done gently fold the dosa and remove from the fire.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney or tomato sauce.

dosa batter - 4 cups
paneer - 200 gm
onion - 100 gm
tomato - 1 no
green chilly - 4 nos
coriander - 1 tsp
salt to taste
