Paneer Dosa

Method
  1. Grate the paneer.
  2. Chop finely the onions, coriander, chilly and tomato.
  3. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan.
  4. Add the green chilies and onion and fry for just two minutes.
  5. Add the tomato pieces and salt to taste.
  6. Saute for a minute.
  7. Add the grated paneer to it and switch off the flame.
  8. Gently stir the masala and add the coriander leaves.
  9. Now keep the tawa on the stove and grease it with oil.
  10. Now in a simmer flame make a thin dosa and pour some oil on the sides.
  11. Take a scoop of the cooked masala and place it on the dosa.
  12. When done gently fold the dosa and remove from the fire.
  13. Serve hot with coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
dosa batter - 4 cups
paneer - 200 gm
onion - 100 gm
tomato - 1 no
green chilly - 4 nos
coriander - 1 tsp
salt to taste
