Method
  1. Heat oil, add the sliced onions and saute till they turn brown.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste, whole garam masala, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric, coriander powder.
  3. Add the yoghurt and then mutton.
  4. Add roasted, crushed coriander seeds and allow them to cook.
  5. Garnish with pounded coriander seeds and whole red chillies.
Ingredients:
600 gm - mutton, cleaned and cut
150 gm - oil
200 gm - onions
50 gm - whole garam masala
80 gm - ginger-garlic paste
25 gm - red chilli powder
15 gm - turmeric powder
20 gm - coriander powder
15 gm - coriander seeds
150 gm - yoghurt
6 - whole red chillies
salt to taste
