Method
  1. Peel the unripe bananas and cut into ½” slices. Cut each slice into 4 pieces.
  2. Heat the coconut oil in a 7 to 8 skillet and fry the banana pieces until golden brown and crisp. Drain on paper toweling.
  3. Dissolve the brown sugar in the water.
  4. Boil for approximately 15 mins.
  5. Until it almost reaches the hard ball stage degrees.
  6. It should be a thick syrup.
  7. Add dry ginger powder and cardamom powder. Stir.
  8. Dip the banana cubes into the warm syrup. Stir.
  9. Remove from the syrup and spread on a plate to dry.
  10. When the pieces are completely cool, the syrup should not be sticky.
  11. Store the sweet banana pieces in an air tight container.
Ingredients:
4 cups - unripe banana pieces
2 cups - coconut oil for frying
1 ½ cups - brown sugar
½ cup - water
¼ tsp - dry ginger powder
¼ tsp - cardamom powder
