Method
  1. Keep coconut, jaggery and cardamoms on a slow fire and cook till thick.
  2. Boil ½ litre water, add the flour gradually stirring all the time.
  3. Cook on a slow fire till the flour turns fry and thick like dough.
  4. Remove from fire, rub a tbsp. of oil on it and knead to a very smooth dough.
  5. Divide the dough and the coconut mixture into equal number of portions.
  6. Form each portion of dough into a cup, stuff with coconut mixture and form the cup in the shape of a pyramid.
  7. Steam for half an hour and serve hot or cold.

Serves: 4 to 6

Ingredients:
500 g - rice flour
1 - finely grated coconut
250 g - finely grated jaggery
7 - peeled cardamoms
1 tbsp - oil
