Method
Marinate chicken with 1/2 tsp salt, haldi, garam masala, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Keep for 1/2 hr
Cook the chicken pieces with minimum amout of water (so that by the time the chicken is cooked there will not be any moisture left)
Keep aside.
Beat egg whites & add remaining red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, a pinch of salt & chopped coriander leaves and keep aside.
Heat oil, add chicken pieces & stir fry for 2 to 3 min
Remove from fire.
Pour the egg mix on the chicken pieces, quickly stir & keep the kadai again on fire
Stir continuously for 2 to 3 min so that the chicken pieces will have nice coating of the egg mix.
Serve as starter or snack

300 g - boneless chicken (cut into 1&1/2 inch cubes)
2 - eggs whites
1 tsp - ginger garlic paste

2 tsp - very finely chopped coriander
salt
a pinch - garam masala
2 tbsp - oil
