Chicken Marbles

Method
  1. Marinate chicken with 1/2 tsp salt, haldi, garam masala, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  2. Keep for 1/2 hr
  3. Cook the chicken pieces with minimum amout of water (so that by the time the chicken is cooked there will not be any moisture left)
  4. Keep aside.
  5. Beat egg whites & add remaining red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, a pinch of salt & chopped coriander leaves and keep aside.
  6. Heat oil, add chicken pieces & stir fry for 2 to 3 min
  7. Remove from fire.
  8. Pour the egg mix on the chicken pieces, quickly stir & keep the kadai again on fire
  9. Stir continuously for 2 to 3 min so that the chicken pieces will have nice coating of the egg mix.
  10. Serve as starter or snack
Ingredients:
300 g - boneless chicken (cut into 1&1/2 inch cubes)
2 - eggs whites
1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
1 & 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
haldi:a pinch
2 tsp - very finely chopped coriander
salt
a pinch - garam masala
2 tbsp - oil
