Minced meat green peas curry

Method
  1. Heat oil in a pressure pan and saute minced meat, chopped onion and finely chopped ginger with turmeric powder until raw smell goes away.
  2. Now add coriander powder, chilly powder, green peas and salt to taste.
  3. Add a cup of water and pressure cook for 15 mins until the mutton is done.
  4. Reheat the dish so as to evaporate all the water present.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. This goes well with idli, dosa or chappati.
Ingredients:
350g - minced meat
100g - green peas (shelled)
100g - sambhar onions
1/2 inch length - ginger
3 tbsp - coriander powder
2 tsp - chilly powder
1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
coriander leaves to garnish
4tbsp - oil
Salt to taste
