Method
- Boil Pork cubes in 500 ml water, add slat to taste and crushed ginger cube.
- Boil till the meat starts secreting its own oil.
- Roast the chillies on a Tawa/Pan. (Do not cut chillies into pieces)
- Add some salt to taste, roasted chillies and smash it till all chillies are crushed well.
- Add finely chopped onions to it and mix well.
- Add the boiled meat and mix well with the onion and chillies and serve.

Pork 500gm
Ginger Flakes (finely chopped) 25gm
Crushed Ginger 25gm
Green Chillies 5 to 10
Onions 2-3
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
