Tripuri Pork Salad

Method
  1. Boil Pork cubes in 500 ml water, add slat to taste and crushed ginger cube.
  2. Boil till the meat starts secreting its own oil.
  3. Roast the chillies on a Tawa/Pan. (Do not cut chillies into pieces)
  4. Add some salt to taste, roasted chillies and smash it till all chillies are crushed well.
  5. Add finely chopped onions to it and mix well.
  6. Add the boiled meat and mix well with the onion and chillies and serve.

Ingredients:
Pork 500gm
Ginger Flakes (finely chopped) 25gm
Crushed Ginger 25gm
Green Chillies 5 to 10
Onions 2-3
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
