Ingredients:
Potato - 4
Rice flour - 1 tsp
Corn flour - 1 tsp
Oil - to fry
Salt - to taste
Method:
Dice potatoes into long pieces.
Now soak them in a bowl of ice cold water for about ten min.
This will make the potatoes stiff and strong.
Now take them out and wipe them with a clean cloth making it dry.
Take a small plate and put the corn flour and rice flour in it and add few drops of water and make it into a paste consistency.
You have to apply this paste very lightly on the potatoes (I really mean VERY LIGHTLY. We are not making bajji here. so be careful with this coating).
Once done fry it in oil bringing it to light golden color.
Add salt to it and serve.
