Ingredients:
1 - onion
1 cup - green, yellow and red capsicum
1/2 - tomato
2-3 - button mushrooms
2-3- babycorns
1-2 tsp- black olives
2-3 - green chillies
5-6 - garlic cloves
1 tsp - black pepper powder
1/2 cup - mozzerella cheese
1/2 cup - cheddar cheese
3-4 tsp - coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut all the veggies finely and mix everything in a bowl except the two cheeses
- Toast 4 slices of bread in a toaster
- Put the mixture on the slices and top it with both the cheese.
- Grill the breads for 3-4 mins (you can also grill it in a microwave or on a tawa)
