A twist to the traditional akoori on toast, this dish is high on protein, the great muscle building component of our food. Again, slow digestion of this breakfast means you don`t reach out for a packet of chips before your lunch hour and are steady on your weight loss path.
Ingredients:
3-4 - boiled eggs
Onions (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
Ginger (grated or finely chopped) - 1 tsp
Green Chillies (finely chopped) - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Method:
- Mash the boiled eggs well.
- Mix in well the onions, ginger, green chillies & salt.
- Spread this mixture on toasted bread, or hamburger buns or any bread to make your sandwich. You can add lettuce, tomatoes, a slice of cheese, or anything you wish to this sandwich.
