1 - raw banana
1 cup - grated coconut
1 cup - yogurt/curds
2 to 3 - green chillies
1 tbsp - coriander seeds
1 tbsp jeera seeds
2 tsp - mustard seeds
a pinch - haldi/turmeric
3 to 4 - curry leaves
a pinch - hing/asafeotida
salt as per taste
1 tsp - oil
