Banana Coconut Salad
Ingredients:
4 - medium size riped banana
grated coconut- - half cup (one side of the coconut is enough)
cardamom powder 1 spoon
natural brown jaggery powder 5 spoon or sugar 4 spoon
Method:
Peel the banana and cut into thin slices.
Take a bowl add banana, coconut, jaggery or sugar and cardamom powder.
Mix well.
This salad is rich in iron. Optionally, add a few spoons of condensed milk.
