The Cook and Dine event held at Court by Marriott recently featured some exotic recipes served at Rhapsody, the all-day dining restaurant. The recipes, demonstrated with finesse by Chef Paul, were easy-to-make and tasted delicious.

We share with you the recipe of a light, mildly tangy soup you can start your dinner with.

50g - chicken
15g - porcini
30g - tomoto
10g - celery
5ml - olive oil
2g - salt
1g - pepper
150ml - chicken stock
