Christmas pudding
Ingredients:
Butter 200 gms
Sugar 125 gms
Egg 04 nos
Flour 50 gms
Mixed dried fruit 500 gms
Baking powder A pinch
Chopped apple 100 gms
Cake crumbs 100 gms
Rum 05 ml
Black jack As required
Method:
Cream the butter and sugar, add egg one by one
Mix rest of the ingredients together and mix in to the batter
Finally add black jack in the batter and mix well
Transfer to a pudding mould, and bake it in the double boiling method at 180c for about 60 mins
