Ingredients:

Flour 200 gms
Milk 60 ml
Yeast 10 gms
Sugar 20 gms
Spices powder 02 gms
Mixed fruit 240 gms
Lemon zest A little
Egg 01 no
Gluten 08 gms

Method:
Make soft dough by mixing all the ingredients except mixed fruit and spices
Add the rest of the ingredients in the final stage of the dough
Divide the dough and shape it in a loaf shape, rest it in the tray for atleast 60 mins
Bake in pre heated oven at the temperature of 180c for 30 mins
Soak the stolen in clarified butter and dust the icing sugar before serving
