Pannatone
Ingredients:
Flour 130 gms
Salt 01 gms
Sugar 30 gms
Yeast 10 gms
Butter 30 gms
Egg yolk 01 nos
Milk 60 ml
Orange and lemon zest As required
Sultanas 40 gms
Nutmeg powder A pinch
Cardamom powder 01 gms
Egg white 02 nos
Glazed cherry 5 to 7 nos

Method:
Dissolve the yeast in milk with bit of sugar
Cream the butter and sugar, and then add the egg yolk gradually
Beat the egg white till fluffy
Combine yeast and milk with butter and sugar batter, and mix the rest of the ingredients
Fold the batter with whisked egg white
Transfer the batter in to the pannatone paper mould, sprinkle the raisins on top of the batter.
Bake it in the pre heated oven for about 30-35 mins at the temp of 180c
