Ingredients:
8 - mint leaves
4 - mint sprigs
3 - white sugar sachets
45 ml - White rum
2 - lemon wedges
2 - lemon slices
Method:
- Muddle the mint leaves and sugar in a mixing glass gently.
- Add the lemon slices to the mixture and muddle lightly again.
- Add the rum and pour directly into a rocks glass filled with finely crushed ice.
- Garnish with mint sprigs and lemon wedges.
