This is ludicrously easy to make. Try it and see for yourself!
Ingredients:
For brown layer:
Brown chocolate - 125 grams
Kellogg’s Rice Krispie - 75 grams
Maple syrup - 2 tbsp
Butter - 4 tbsp
For white layer:
White chocolate - 150 grams
Kellogg's rice krispie - 50 grams
Maple syrup - 1 tbsp
Butter - 4 tbsp
Cashew nut bits - 25 grams (optional)
Butter - extra for greasing.
Method:
1. In a heat-proof bowl over simmering water, melt and mix together brown chocolate broken into small pieces, maple syrup and butter.
2. Remove and mix in the rice cereal.
3. Now pack and press down the brown layer in the greased rectangular 8 x 6 inch tiffin box.
4. Repeat the steps for white layer, add cashew nuts.
5. Freeze for about 2 hours or until set.
6. It will yield approximately 20 pieces of 2 x 2 inch squares
Notes:
1. Any toasted Rice Cereal will do
