Kebabs
A special mixture of minced meat and spices makes this a mouth-watering snack!

Ingredients:

500 gms. mince meat
2 medium sized onions, coarsely grated or finely sliced
4 slices bread, crumbled
4 green chillies, finely chopped
Handful of finely chopped coriander
4 tsp. grated ginger
4 tsp. crushed garlic
2 tsp. garam masala
1 large egg
Juice of ½ a lemon
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

Method:
1.Mix together all the ingredients (except the oil) and marinate for least 1 hour.
2.Roll into small balls (kebabs), deep fry until golden brown and drain on kitchen paper towels. Alternately, cook under a hot grill, turning frequently.

Serving suggestion: Serve as a starter with a wedge of lemon and salad.
