
These two meals of the day are extremely important for a diabetic as they help to avoid hypoglycemia (low blood sugar levels). These meals can be a sandwich, pancakes or even dosas. However remember to have them in moderation, cook in minimal oil and
use at least one diabetic friendly ingredient (foods like karela, soya, fenugreek etc. which help to control blood sugar levels) in the food you cook.
