Milk halwa
Ingredients:
Milk - 4 cups
Sugar - 2 cups
Ghee - 1 cup
Sooji(Rava) - 1/2 cup
Cashews - 10
Method:
Take milk, sugar, ghee and rava in a thick bottom pan and cook until it becomes thick.
Keep stirring at intervals until it thickens and the ghee separates.
