
Ingredients:
1/2 bunch - spinach
250 g - cabbage
1 small cup - boiled corns
1 small cup - mint leaves
2 - carrot
2 - radish (only white part)
1 - beetroot
1/2 bunch - coriander
lime juice
chat masala
salt as per taste
Method
1. Grate the beetroot, moli, and carrot.
2. Chop cabbage, spinach, mint leaves & coriander.
3. Add boiled corns in to it.
For Dressing:
1. Add lime juice + chat masala + salt.
2. Can be served plain or with curd (low fat)
