1/2 kg bhindi/lady's finger
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp chaat masala
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1. Slit the bhindi into four keeping the edge intact.
2. Mix the masala with oil and stuff into bhindi.
3. Microwave on high for 5-7 minutes for a crisp sabzi.
